Over the past 15 years, GIA became a reliable partner in the construction field of work, project development, and engineering. At the moment we have more than 60 employees. More than half of our skilled workers are highly qualified civil engineers, architects, electrical engineers, telecommunication and machine installation engineers.
GIA operates in three South European countries. So far we’ve built and reconstructed more than 350 different types of buildings, varying in size from 30㎡ – 35 000㎡ for local and international clients. We’re established as a reliable partner with the highest quality performance at every stage. Thanks to our professional approach, we have many long term clients with whom we successfully collaborate.
Our specialty is construction work execution in the fields of high rise engineering and related civil engineering construction. On top of that, we specialize in construction finishing works, engineering lines, and buildings furnishing.

Architectural design elaboration, and project support with the goal to create attractive and modern space. We pay special attention to interior and exterior details, following the investors’ proposal.
Permits Support
Technical and legal support for local and foreign investors in the process of obtaining construction permits and exploitation permit, after the construction is complete.
Project development and financial analysis
Project development through improving technical and technological solutions, with the goal of finding the most optimal solution in terms of quality and expenses during the construction and exploitation of the object.

Site preparation department employs skilled workers familiar with suppliers and subcontractors market, new materials, and modern technical solutions.
